eCommerce Mobile not user-friendly

I have a problem getting my mobile site to show the shop small product view and large product view correctly. I finally got the mobile template to work but now it has adopted my overall layout for all of the ecommerce. What should I do to get this to act responsive or have a seperate Small/Large layout for mobile?
