How do make text and arrow appear when you hover over an image?

Like if I had a graph and I wanted to have an arrow with a percentage near the arrow.

          1. Set the text and arrow where you want them to appear.
          2. Group them and convert the group to a button (Object > Interactive > Convert to Button).
          3. With the new button still selected, tick the Hidden Until Triggered box in the Buttons and Forms panel. Deselect.
          4. Select the image you want to hover over to trigger the text/arrow, and convert it to a button (Object > Interactive > Convert to Button).
          5. With the new button still selected, choose On Roll Over from the Event menu in the Buttons and Forms panel.
          6. Click Actions > + and choose Show/Hide Buttons and Forms.
          7. Use the Visibility field to make your text/arrow button visible. (Click the eye icon at the bottom.)
          8. Choose On Roll Off from the Event menu in the Buttons and Forms panel.
          9. Again, click Actions > + and choose Show/Hide Buttons and Forms.
          10. Use the Visibility field to hide your text/arrow button. (Click the slash/eye icon at the bottom.)
          11. Save.
          12. Export to Interactive PDF. Include all interactive elements.
