I uninstalled everything with cleaner tool and reinstalled ACC desktop in my user account (admin). Then I changed the my permission on the folder you mentioned and all the enclosing files to "read and write". Still not working. Same problem as before.
Thank you though. Any other idea?
I am having the exact same issue. Any update on the resolution?
I fixed this issue in my environment (Yosemite 10.10.3) after a day and a half tinkering with it.
Open launchpad / search for disk utility / click verify disk permissions / repair disk permissions.
This worked for me. Adobe CC is now working again and the applications are no longer crashing.
Thank you. After nearly an entire day of working on this myself and having Adobe remote into my machine, I found this post and it worked. Thanks so much!
Problem finally fixed after updating my to El Capitan and re-installing the os again. Not sure if it is the update that fixed it. Thank you everyone!
