Help! I keep getting the "error code 5" message when I try to open files - the message says they are damaged and cannot be opened. The problem started when I downloaded the Univers Adobe font, but I have since deleted the font completely from my computer but I continue to get the error messages. And it seems sporadic - some files will open, some won't, so I'm having to save multiple versions of all of my documents hoping one will open. I can't work like this much longer - need a solution ASAP! Does anyone know what the problem may be or a solution to fix it?

I had InDesign CS6 when the problem first started happening, now I have CC, and I'm on Windows 8.
Are these legacy files from a previous version of ID? Have you tried opening them from another computer? Another user account on this computer?
