Thanks. I think that your help is for uninstall a apps. My problem is to uninstall the program Adobe Creative Cloud. How do you do ?
Error 201 is an Network failure issue.
Please try with below steps and check.
Open Control Panel and Navigate to Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features .
Under Program and Features list, locate Adobe Creative Cloud and uninstall the same,
1) Open C:drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe.
Open Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.
2) Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe.
Open Adobe folder and if present delete Adobe Creative Cloud folder.
3) Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) along with R button together at a time , you will get a run command window.
Type in below command and hit 'Enter' key.
Then navigate to Local>Adobe.
Open Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.
Important : Disable Anti Virus and Firewall Temporarily . if possible.
6)Click on the below link and download Adobe application manager and install the same :
7)Once the installation is completed , it will Create Adobe application manager icon on Desktop .
Double click on it and try to update. it should get updated to Creative cloud.

Thanks a lot ...I , finally , got back the Creative Cloud ...but when I
click on Lightroom 5 or Lightroom CC, nothing happened .
In the program start list , I could found and launched my LR 5.71 but I
could not find LR CC .
The old version 5.71 was the one I have been using all along ...which was
free coming with my camera I bought.

Yes. I have both ...However there was nothing happen when I tried to launch the Lightroom CC ...Just no response at all ...
