I am so sorry for the inconvenience caused & will try my best to get this issue resolved.
I will recommend you to upgrade your Adobe reader to Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on your Samsung Note 3 mobile phone and then try to view the pdf files. You can download it for free from the Google app. store or you can refer to this link Acrobat Reader DC Learn & Support.
Let me know if you still experience the same issue.
Thank you for your prompt reply. I already have the correct version of Adobe Reader installed. When I try to open these PDFs on my Android device after having downloaded them onto the device, I am able to read them fine. But when I click on the PDF icon in my website as displayed on my Android device, I cannot, and I get the error message. But when I click the identical page on my laptop (Windows 8) then the PDFs can be clicked and open fine. It would be interesting to know if you can look at www.creationtonewcreation.com, scroll down, and click on the PDFs to see if you can open them from your device, if you have an Android. Do you have the same problem, I wonder? If so, it may possibly be an issue with WordPress mobile version. Many thanks, Rob
I appeared to have solved the problem. I reinstalled the Adobe DC on my Android, cleared the defaults on Adobe DC, and for some reason it now works. Sorry to have troubled you on this, but I therefore have the solution. Thank you, Rob
