i have problem uploading a web from lightroom to business catalyst

I followed the instructions in setting up the upload settings in Lightroom but I am not successful in uploading my website to business catalyst. Error message - an unknown error occurred. any advice to solve the problem?

The actual problem is I can't upload the Web site via lightroom to business catalyst. I can upload via filezilla. Is there any advice for me? Why can't I upload the file to business catalyst via lightroom?
