    I'm not a "Cloud" member.  I just upgraded to Lightroom 6 from Lightroom 5.  All was working well yesterday.  Today Lightroom will not open (Windows 7).  I see the logo photo over my Lightroom platform but nothing loads and I see "Lightroom not responding

      I'm not a "Cloud" member. I just upgraded to Lightroom 6 from Lightroom 5. All was working well yesterday. Today Lightroom will not open (Windows 7). I see the logo photo over my Lightroom platform but nothing loads and I see "Lightroom not responding." I checked the catalogs and see that lrcat-Journal and lrcat-Lock have been created every time I try to open. I have a backup from the first day I upgraded, but Lightroom doesn't want to access it. Should I reinstall?
