Sign out of your account... Uninstall... run the Cleaner...

-using the cleaner after uninstalling and before reinstalling is needed
-Restart your computer... Sign in to your account... Reinstall
I did as instructed, No luck. I am now working on cancelling my membership.
I have the same problem. I'm on Mac OS Yosemite 10.3.3. I already tried those options and nothing. Uninstalled the app, downloaded it again and nothing.
Thanks to all those that tried to help. In the end I got on the line with Adobe, they took over my computer and, after a few tries, found that my CC app. had been set up not with windows 7 compatibility but rather XP. The tech said that normally it isn't a problem,but on my computer it was. He made some adjustments and I am set up again. Based on what I went through I would suggest CALLING adobe (weekdays are better), and letting them do the heavy lifting.
