Installation on a New Computer with no CD input?

I recently obtained a new computer (iMac 21.5) that has no CD input. I have a disk version of Photoshop Elements 6 with the serial number. Is there a way to download this program without having to buy a new version?

There is no download available for that version.  The oldest available is version 7.  You might be able to copy the installation file(s) to some other removable media that works with your machine and install with that.
