Are you talking about purchased version and on what computer operating system?
If you purchased download from Adobe originally, you can get a copy of the the download files from "My Orders" at the Adobe web site, after you sign in there with your Adobe ID and Password.
You can also get a tryout version to which you can insert your purchased serial number from the following Adobe link:
And, you can get tryout files from the following web site, and then insert your purchased serial number into them during installation.
To avoid Access Denied message at this web site, follow carefully the "Note: Very Important Instructions" at that web site.

Thanks for all the links and information you sent me - and for such a fast reply. I was able to use the following link http://www.adobe.com/downloads/other-downloads.html to download Adobe Premiere Elements 12 onto my desktop. I then entered the serial number of my original copy of Adobe Premiere Elements 12 (which I purchased along with my new laptop) to install the download and make it into my second copy.
All worked smoothly, so thanks for your help.
