How to download upgrade for Lightroom

I have Lightroom 5.7.1 running on Windows, which I bought in January as a "perpetual licence", rather than through a Creative Cloud subscription. When I ran LR today, it informed me that an upgrade was available, adding features like Panorama Merge, but when I click the "Download" button on the dialog box I get an error 404 (page not found) from the Adobe web site.

I then tried going to "My Account" on the Adobe site and re-downloading my purchased version, but that just gave me the version I already had.

Can anyone tell me how I can download the upgrade, please?

Never mind - just figured out that it's not a free upgrade - I have to buy LR6 .
