I'm trying to obtain a replacement serial number for a CS5 Design Premium which my company bought.
Adobe agreed to help and I was asked to send proof of purchase as well as a photo of the box, which I did.
Adobe wanted to verify the sale, which is fine by me, and so contacted Ebuyer to confirm the purchase was genuine.
Apparently Ebuyer won't comment on an individual's purchases to a third party which is understandable. I even offered to supply my Ebuyer login details to Adobe so they could see the Invoice for themselves but apparently they can't do this.
Each week I contact support via the chat service and they promise to escalated to a higher team at Adobe. I never hear anything back and I am going round in circles as Adobe can't verify the Invoice that I forwarded and Ebuyer won't comment on the purchase I made to a third party.
So frustratingI...
In a situation like this, Adobe should honour the photo and Invoice I supplied since they cannot verify the sale.
