    I can't get into Lightroom or Creative Cloud.

      LAst Friday I downloaded the Lightroom CC application but when I try to launch it I have problems. After double clicking the LR icon I get a message stating that the catalogue needs to be upgraded, I say ok and after a few seconds Lightroom opens but then freezes and I get the message 'not responding'. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled to no avail. I followed the advice of deleting a ircat lock file and that made no difference. Yesterday I followed the instructions about loggng out of CC app and then logging in again,and that hasn't worked either. To cap it all when I open the CC app now it is just plain white box, no text at all. I am on a Dell XPS8300 64 bit Windows 7 computer. Help please!
