I disconnected from Chat when no response was received in what I considered to be a reasoable time.
I just had a chat with a very helpful agent. yes, I had to wait for 7-10 minutes, but got through..
they are swamped with calls/chats, it is the big LR6 roll-out... and I think, it is the first time it requires Creative cloud to be running even for LR6 to function (that was my problem today) and not only for the LR CC version..
so they are having a lot of calls....
Patience my friends...
7-10 would have been fine,
I gave up after 57 minutes on hold!!!
At the minimum the recording should update with a more accurate wait time.
Try the chat: more efficient, and more agents to answer...
But no guarantee!!
I have been sitting for 75 minutes for a connection via Chat - not what I would call customer service.
I have been waiting and hour and a half. I can't even qualify this a listening to elavator music. Couldn't they play something a little better.
