How do I install what I just purchased when it keeps taking me to an error page whenever I hit download?

Hey everyone, I just downloaded photoshop elements yesterday, and I can't get it to download. An error page comes up every time I click on download. Also, the billing section says that my order is still processing and can take up to 24 hours...it's been longer than that. I NEED to start editing my pictures. Thanks.

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect try using a different browser.
