    email notification but no form?


      I received notice at my email address about a new form being filed on my website.  However, when I signed into Forms Central account, the spreadsheet does not contain any of the information that was reported on the email. As a result, I only have the information in a data field format as opposed to a filled out form format. 


      Any suggestions?
