How do I deactivate CSS6 apps on my old dead computer

I bought a new iMac because my old one died (therefore could not deactivate css6 apps). How do I activate the programs for use on my new iMac?

You need to contact Adobe Support thru chat and ask them to reset your activations to get the used activation freed up.  Your license allows you to have two activated installations, so there should not be any reason you can't just install on the new machine and activate it now, except if you do pursue the reset it will reset all your activations... so it might be better to wait.
