PS CC(2014) update failed.

I was able to install LR, but PS I get update failed message.

any ideas?

Solution 1.

  • Rename 1.0 folder

Mac OS

  1. In the Finder, select the Go menu and choose Go to Folder.
  2. Enter the following location: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdater.
  3. Select the 1.0 folder and rename it to ~1.0.

Windows 7 and 8

  1. Go to C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Adobe\AAMUpdater.

I was able to solve my issue with option 3.

My PC is windows 8.1 Dell Inspiron 13 icore5 intell processor. 8 gog ram

and 500gig HDD
