Dreameaver CS3 running but not able to update the software.

The updater is always responding "there are no updates available at this time". I think its a firewall thing with my windows 7 pc (which I cant change). Dreamweaver is currently build 3481 and I know there is at least build 5861. Is there a link to download the latest from adobe manually?
