Creating Sales in BC Without Requiring Customer to Enter Discount Codes/Voucher Codes

Does anyone know if it is possible to create a sale on a Business Catalyst site that automatically discounts products (e.g. 20% off all products in store) without a customer having to manually enter a discount/voucher code?

You can go into the CRM of a person, and per catalogue (not products) give a percentage discount off for all items in that catalogue for that person IF they are logged in.

You can find that in the CRM - Customers - The Person and at the bottom of the subscriptions section.

Thanks for your post. Do you know if it¹s possible to apply a universal,

automatic discount to all visitors to the site, including those visiting for

the first time? One that would automatically affect all prices on the site

(basically just a simple universal Œsale¹ function)?

Not that way no. You would have to have a discount code set up that you have in their order confirmation emails for them to use.
