What version of Premiere Elements and on what computer operating system is it running?
What Premiere Elements or Elements Organizer feature or features are you using when you get the Online Services error message? Is your Premiere Elements set up as NTSC or PAL?
1. Have you gone into preferences (Edit Menu/Preferences/Web Sharing) and refreshed the Online Services?
2. Have you used another default web browser?
Have you gone to the web browser's Options/Advanced/Network/Cached Web Content and cleared the Cached Web Content?
Have you turned the router off about 35 seconds and back on?
3. Can you export your Premiere Elements Timeline to a file served to the computer hard drive and then upload that file from the computer hard drive to Facebook, Vimeo, or YouTube at its web site?
