    I have asked for a refund, the upgrade system is broken, and after 8 days of promises I'm moving on to Capture One...

      I'm done, I can no longer handle the run around with support, my order has been stating it will be processed in 24 hours for 8 days. I've had no answers, even after hours of waiting for support.

       

      I've been a longtime customer, but I have never received such poor support, I've returned Lightroom, and am moving on to Capture One Pro...
