Could you please double the sync status within Lr Mobie on your phone. Just open this little cloud indicator at the top menu bar. Is there still an uploading sync progress listed. Did I get it right that the collection is not listed under "From Lr Mobile"? - GUido
The little cloud is Uploading.
The thing is that collections I make on iPhone won't sync to LR Desktop App.
How do I stop the "uploading" and start from zero, because I think the collection I was trying to sync is to big.
To start from zero you can trigger a "Delete all Data" via Lr Desktop > preferences ->Lightroom Mobile tab.
How many file were you trying to import?
It was like 800 photos
I have the same problem here. I tried the "delete all data"option. But to no effect.
Its really strange because the collection name does show up in desktop app under "From LR Mobile" but it does not sync the content. When I check the web-interface it does show all the photo's. So my guess is that it is some kind of donwload problem within Lightroom.
Somebody any suggestion?
Thanks Greulle, but after a few hours with the Adobe servicedesk we finally resolved the issue.
It turned out that the Lightroom could not create the necessary folder on my C-drive. For reasons unknown to me the required permissions were turned off. After allowing access it al went the way it should.
