Since I updated the CC desktop application a week or so ago, Indesign crashes on start up if I'm not connected to the internet.
If I connect, log out, log back in, it works. Problem is, I'm not always near an internet connection.
Indesign is the only CC application in my suite that does it.
I've tried all the troubleshooting tips; none work.
I'm on Win 8.1.@
Could you be more specific about the «Troubleshooting tips» you tried?
Fixed. I played with the compatibility settings and ran the program in "administrator" mode and it works every time. I don't know what's changed in the past few weeks, but this seems to have fixed it. Now, back to work, rather than trying endless times to open and application .... happy days.
