          Update Photoshop.

Update the ACR plug-in (Camera Raw).

A lot more information about your hardware and software is needed.

If you give complete and detailed information about your setup and the issue at hand,

such as your platform (Mac or Win),

exact versions of your OS, of Photoshop (not just "CC", but something like CC2014.v.2.2) and of Bridge,

your settings in Photoshop > Preference > Performance

the type of file you were working on,

machine specs, such as total installed RAM, scratch file HDs, total available HD space, video card specs, including total VRAM installed,

what troubleshooting steps you have taken so far,

          what error message(s) you receive,

if having issues opening raw files also the exact camera make and model that generated them,

if you're having printing issues, indicate the exact make and model of your printer, paper size, image dimensions in pixels (so many pixels wide by so many pixels high). if going through a RIP, specify that too.

a screen shot of your settings or of the image could be very helpful too,

someone may be able to help you (not necessarily this poster, who is not a Windows user).

Did you update Camera Raw again? (Help > Updates...)

Reinstalling CS6 will take camera Raw back to version 7.0. Your camera may be newer than this, so you need to make sure that CS6 has al its updates reinstalled too.

Correct!  Did not think I could update my CS6 as it is a student version.

However, the update corrected the issue!

              Thanks for the help!!

The issue was solved with the updates to CS6.

As stated in other's thread since I have the student version of CS6 that I was not allowed to update.

Ran the update(s) and all is well again!

Thanks for taking the time to answer my issue!!

The software does'n know—and doesn't care—how you acquired or paid for it; if it runs legitimately, student or not, it will update. Period.

                  Now you know.

Yes, I do know now!!  Have had the software for 2+ years and never uploaded update, etc.

                    It did!

Thanks for your valuable information too!
