I absolutely not able to connect to my LWS account with Firefox and Chrome (Unauthorized access).
The only way to connect to my Adobe LWS account is with Internet Explorer, but in my account, there is no information about the product Adobe Lightroom 6 and nothing about the serial number of Adobe Lightroom 6 that I bought a few days ago from an Official distributor of Adobe. (Canada Software Outlet)
would like to get a refund so I can use Adobe Creative Clouds and not lose the $ 225 I paid for Adobe Lightroom 6.

Love the way Adobe support has just disappeared. Now we get Kumar or someone else, who asks the same questions, but gives no help or solutions, how bout we hand you off to someone else or call someone else. I hope this new product has not gone the way of Support.
