You can't. Titles are exclusive to Premiere and AE has no way of re-creating them. You have to build them from scratch in AE using its native tools.

It depends on what you want to do with the titles. Exporting them with an alpha channel (exporting video with an alpha channel (transparency) | Premiere Pro work area) turned on and then importing them into AE might to the trick.
But again. All depends on what you want to do with them.
can u right click the title in Premiere Cs 5.5 and click Replace with After effects Composition? i tend to do that alot, but i end up doing the title in After effects, but whats cool is the AE title shows up in Premiere without having to render it in AE and importing it.
thank you for the additional suggestions. In the end I "re-wrote" all the titles in After Effects, in order to be able to wrangle them at the compositing stage.
Took a while, but worth it
