Hi, I bought Lightroom on Amazon in February when the indications were that the software would be updated to handle my new Nikon 7200 NEF. I keep getting upgrade messages in the app, however the link leads to CC rather than an update for the standalone version. I tried the steps to request the complimentary upgrade but the screens I see do not look like the images in the adobe document outlining the steps to make the request. Is the complimentary upgrade still available (I would have waited a month to buy the software if I had known version 5 would never support my camera). Thanks.
The only "upgrade" available is Lightroom 6/Lightroom CC. This upgrade requires that you pay for it (or try it for 30 days and then pay for it). It does support the Nikon D7200.
Thank you for the update. I can't see paying monthly for a program I really (really) need once in a while. The standalone version works well for cataloging my 30,000 images. Do you know if the standalone version will ever get the NEF update?
Yes Lightroom 6 is the standalone version (no Creative Cloud, one time payment of 79 US Dollars or whatever is the rate in your country)
