Hi everyone. I'm created an interactive PDF e-course in InDesign that will have an essay question with each lesson, as well as some check boxes. I had the idea to have the students fill out the essay directly in the PDF and save it, so that the e-course becomes more like an interactive workbook, with their answers included. This way, they would be able to come back to it and see what they've checked off, and what essays they've completed, instead of having this stored elsewhere.
After doing some research, forms seem to be complicated, so is this a terrible idea?
