Try logging out of CC then back in again. Also, make sure that you're actually logging into the correct Adobe ID account (i.e. the one you used when purchasing the subscription)
Thank you, Ian, but it doesn't work. Photoshop CC seems to recognize correctly my CC subscription while Lightroom CC doesn't.
Try uninstalling Lightroom (the uninstaller is in the same folder as the application) then reinstall. During the reinstallation process the Lr installer should pick up on your CC account.
Ian, it doesn't work yet... And I can't explain why.
anybody can find a solution? What could be wrong in your opinion?
Do I have to cancel my subscription?
Thanks in advance,
Using the CC desktop app, sign out of your Adobe ID account (click on the "gear" icon at the top, select Preferences, on the Account tab click on Sign-out).
Then uninstall Lightroom CC, then reboot your computer.
On restart, open the CC desktop app and sign in again. Check the Apps tab, is Lightroom now showing with the Install button? If so, click it to install.
Thank you Jim.
In your opinion, do I have to uninstall the previous versions of Photoshop and Lightroom in order to make the new ones working properly?
Thank you again,
No need to uninstall Photoshop, only do Lightroom.
