    How do I get Assistance with a Product Purchase Problem?


      Hello, I don't know where else to field this problem.


      Recently I attempted to purchase an Upgrade to Adobe Lightroom 6 (non-cloud version), I'm currently running LR3. On my account page it says it may take "Up to" 24hr for the purchase to be confirmed. That was several days ago.


      The purchase was via Paypal and Paypal registers the purchase request as having been fulfilled. So, how do I contact "Customer Service" in order to troubleshoot the problem with this purchase, reverse it if necessary or get it ticked off so that I can move forward and update my software?


      Please Help?
