Is 2.2 GHz processor good enogh for Adobe Flash Player 17?

I have Acer - Aspire 5738 laptop with Windows 7 SP1. It is equipped with: Intel Core 2 Duo processor T6600 ( 2.2 GHz, 800 MHz FSB), Intel GMA 4500MHD up to 1695 MB DVMT, 4 GB RAM and 500 GB HDD. My laptop meets all other system requirements for installing Adobe Flash Player 17 but speed. Flash 17 requires 2.4 GHz speed, but my laptop has 2.2 GHz processor. Flash Player 16 is already installed on my laptop.

Will I be able to download and install latest version of Flash Player? Will I be able to download and install any updates/future versions of Flash Player? If NOT, is there any alternative way to download and install current version of Flash Player without making any changes inside my laptop e.g. replacing original processor with a processor of at least 5 GHz? Though, I am not sure if putting in 5 GHz processor may or may not jeopardize Mother Board (in case a Mother Board is installed inside this laptop).

Please offer practical and detailed solutions in steps!

      Thank you.
