Why is LR CC much faster when I disable my very fast Geoforce GTX780 in the LR Preferences Menu?  That makes no sense, but it is!

I found LR CC to be very sluggish after updating last week.  This was especially apparent when in the Develop Module, doing CROPPING and with a 2nd monitor.  I was very unhappy about the really bad performance, and checked a few Adobe Resources and saw the bit about the graphics processor.  I have a good graphics card (GTX780), and there was no error message.

But, as a lark I unchecked the "Use Graphics Processor" in the Preferences/Performance menu, and BINGO...the performance of LR CC 2015 was much snappier.

This is quite counter intuitive, since the Graphics acceleration is supposed to make LR faster, but, it is just the opposite on my machine?

This sure seems weird to me, but, I thought I would mention it since others might see the same boost by DISABLING the graphics processor?

Below is the System Info available from the same LR menu item.
