To enable the non-destructive workflow and the powerful features of Photoshop CC, the RAW image will need to be opened into Photoshop whilst, in the meantime, keeping our Lightroom changes so that we can work on them later. Instead of using the ‘Edit in Adobe Photoshop’ option in Lightroom – CMD +E (Mac) or CTRL +E (PC) – the option ‘Open as Smart Object in Photoshop’ will be used.
This is a very useful tutorial to understand how to manage the workflow between Photoshop and Lightroom Canon Professional Network - Lightroom & Photoshop CC workflow (Pt. 1): Smart Objects ....
Giordano for your reply.
Anyway my problem is different, I will try to be more specific.
I'm editing photos in lightroom, where do all the basic settings such as crop, white balance and other things. The problem is when I want to open this photo in Photoshop to "open in photoshop" or "open the smart object" the picture opens in photoshop but no such adjustments made in Lightroom.
I wonder if it is a bug or something I'm doing wrong, because we worked with lightroom 5 and recently moved to the lightroom cc and since then I started having this problem.
I'm a little worried because I have to work my photos and so I can not.
