Which app do you use? Acrobat DC for iOS (for iPad & iPhone) or Android? Have you signed in?
Which Adobe online service subscription are you trying to restore? "Export PDF", "PDF Pack", or "Acrobat Pro DC"? Do you know if the subscription has already expired?
