Nobody can tell you anything without proper system info or other technical details like the system crash logs. This is most likely a damaged install of the CC app itself or some other issue with the licensing system. Start by checking the steps here:
I can connect to the internet i have an wired connection and i have Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit and 8 gigs of RAM. My Creative Cloud won't respond just this spinning wheel.
I had this on one of my systems a few months ago and solved it doing a clean reinstall.
So I would suggest uninstalling CC 2014 (including the cc app) and running Ccleaner afterwards to clean your cache and registry. Reboot your system and run Ccleaner again. Next reinstall AE cc2014.
