      Since I was put on hold for 45 minutes with no answer, I am trying this route. Since my Fireworks MX 2004 supposedly has "expired" and a "renewal" window pops up, I am asked to renew by filling in my serial number (which I have done), Then another window pops up with a phone number to call. I have called this number numerous times, but the line is always busy. I am also presented with the option of renewing via the Internet, but when I try this, I get a message "Unable to connect to Internet." This is untrue since I have been on the Internet seconds before and after my attempt to connect. What gives?
