Well all of that is missing cause i didnt want to write all the code (which
is a lot)...
So I have done the import lines..
And the slideShow is a misspelling when i copied it to here.

then there's no problem with your code (except there's no onTweenUpdate() method of tweens and that's not causing a problem).
check your code for typos.
I copied your code exactly, added my own MovieClip on stage, added the imports, changed the capitalization of slideShow and it worked just fine.
My next guess it is the MovieClip availability, the spelling of the instance name in properites, visibility, masking, layering.
