    I've been having trouble with my desktop app. There is a new version availible and it only downloadfs to 5% and I get an Error code:42. I need your urgent help please


      I've been experiencing difficulty installing an update version on my creative cloud desktop app when  say install now it downloads to 5%only and then it gives me an Error code:42. I've done the redemption code part and all my software programs have expired. I'm using Windows desktop. I have contacted your offices and talked to sales reps and they don't know how to help.
