I am beyond frustrated (email@example.com). I have been a loyal Adobe Customer for two decades. My Mac crashed and I just purchased a new one. I am just trying to get the download links to my applications (Adobe Lightroom 5.5, Creative Suite CS5 and Captivate. I have just spent two hours running around with tech support. I am amazed at this poor level of support. Please direct me to the correct place to get this solved.
