    DoEvents?

    bargerrs
      Is there a way to sit in a while loop while waiting for a variable to be changed?
      An example in C# would be Application.DoEvents();

      Is there a better way to this?

      Thanks.

          you can't pause a for-loop nor a while-loop.

          you can use a pair of functions to loop and use setInterval() or setTimeout() to pause while waiting for something to happen.

          or you can use a listener or the watch() function to check when something occurs before proceding to the next step in your code.
