Having trouble downloading Adobe Reader dc

When I tried to download Adobe Reader DC I receive a, "Process not elevted" response.

Hi Kojo, kindly let us know which OS version are you using, if you could post the screenshot of the message that you are getting, it would be appreciated. As per the description, it seems that Admin privileges is required to run the installer. Meanwhile, here is what you can try:

• Win: Try to run the install as administrator: How do I run an application once with a full administrator access token?
• Mac:Make sure your user account is an administrator user, if not, then create admin user account or enable root user and try to install it. Here are the steps to enable root user: Enabling and using the "root" user in OS X - Apple Support
