Have downloaded an ebook (after returning a read one), but now find that the following error occurs: "Error getting Licence, Licence Server Communication Problem: E_ADEPT_XML_SYNTAX". I have erased the computer Authorisation and re-authorized, but still get the error dialog box when attempting to open the Adobe Content Server Message.
How may this error be rectified?

Sorry, but it turned out that there was an issue with a 3rd party website associated with the eBooks system that was creating the problem. It has now been rectified and is working. Thanks
