I have a new Adobe ID for a creative cloud subscription. I can sign in to the Adobe website, but I can not update my apps. I've checked the CC app preferences, and it is correctly set up with my new Adobe ID. I can't find a fix in the Adobe FAQs and troubleshooting information.
Any tips on how to fix this update problem?
We do not advise to change the Adobe ID for CC, if the issue persists after changing the Email ID then you can cancel the present CC order & repurchase with the ID that you want.
