Play mp4/webm only after fully loaded (Is there an .onload function for video?)

The stage preloader doesn't seem to include my embedded videos. When arriving at the frame for the video ..it starts to play then gets extremely choppy because it has not fully loaded.

Can I do something like this but with video? playing audio via Buzz javascript

Please guys and gals I'm under a lot of pressure for this project.
