I have an Apple ID and password.
I have an Adobe ID and password.
Both work when I sign on to those websites.
In an attempt to download flash player onto my MacBook Air, it will not accept my adobe password. When I attempt to change it, it asks for my Apple ID and password. When I type it in, it still won't let me change it.
What am I doing wrong????
The Flash download page at Adobe Flash Player Install for all versions doesn't require an Adobe password.
When installing, you will need to provide the administrative password for your Mac, which may or may not be the same as your Apple ID.
Thank you for your response. Right after I posted my question, I entered my password for the umpteenth time and it worked. The only thing I can figure out is that I had a stuck key or something because I had entered that exact password multiple times before. At any rate, Flashplayer is working just fine.
I truly appreciate your response.
Take care -
Glad it worked! Would you mind marking my answer as correct?
