I am having an issue with the accessibility checker in Adobe. I have run accessibility reports on the same document with the same exact settings and version but will get two different accessibility reports. I can also run a report on a document while my coworker runs a report on the same exact document and our settings are exactly the same, but will get two different reports. One will have two errors while the other will have 7. I am not sure how this is happening. I never had this problem previously with Adobe X, so I am wondering if anyone has an idea of why this is occurring with Adobe XI.
Is Acrobat Pro updated to the latest release (Help > Check for Updates)? Could you provide any additional detail and/or screenshots? Could you post an example PDF file somewhere that I could download it? Are you on Windows or Mac? I have never seen the behavior you are describing so I am very curious.
