    Cannot get desktop app to launch

      Purchased Creative Cloud today and downloaded desktop app (on this computer) while I was at work.  Updated a couple of files and it worked fine.  Now that I'm home, the desktop app won't launch (does nothing).  I've reinstalled and still nothing.  Help - what would have changed.
