I do HDR photography for real estate, and as such I often have 3 or more stills for any given scene. I try to do my shoots in order, but sometimes you have to shoot out of order. I pull the RAWs off my camera and put them in a folder on my desktop. I then double click a random image within the folder to view them in lightroom grid mode as shown below.
Is there anyways to reorder these images? Or can this only be done within lightrooms collections, and not alter the actual RAW file names?
Using the latest version of Lightroom.
Thanks in advance.
Can you not just drag/drop them? You have to click on the image and not the gray border.
No, nothing happens when I attempt to drag and drop.
Then I have no answer. If I click on the image I can reposition it anywhere I want. WAIT A MINUTE! You are showing the import dialog. I am referring to the grid mode in the library. Just import your images and then you can rearrange them however you want.
